Blythe Masters is CEO of Digital Asset Holdings, a start-up company officially launched in March 2015, which is using digital technology to enhance settlement and recording of both digital and mainstream financial assets.

Blythe was previously a senior executive at J.P. Morgan which she left in 2014 after a career spanning 27 years, following the successful sale of the bank’s physical commodities business which she built.

Neil started SenaHill after an impressive career at Goldman Sachs, where he led the creation of a pioneering, institutional trading technology system used worldwide for over twenty years.

He was the Managing Director, Global Head of REDI Products at Goldman Sachs from 2000-2006. His leadership built REDI into the industry leading global multi-asset trading system—expanding data centers and global networking through Europe and Asia with full interdependency/redundancy, creating a fully 24×7 global institutional trading platform.

Terry Flanagan joined Markets Media in 2010. Previously, Terry spent five years as an analyst at FridsonVision LLC, an independent research firm focusing on high yield bonds, and more than eight years as a reporter and editor at Bloomberg News, where he covered energy companies and U.S. corporate bonds.

Sally’s career spans over two decades in the Financial Services industry.   She has worked at three financial intuitions – Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and Drexel Burham, as well as a Financial Services Industry lead at Microsoft. She joined Tableau about one year ago and has been leading our Enterprise PreSales Team in the Northeast.

Prior to joining Tableau, Sally was a Director with Credit Suisse working in their Shared Services Technology Group, TIS, helping clients adopt new technologies in their Capital Markets, Private Banking and Wealth Management Groups.

Gautham Sastri has been the President and CEO of iSentium since 2010. He is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and investor, having previously founded Terrascale Technologies (acquired by Rackable Systems, now SGI Corp [NASDAQ:SGI], and Maximum Throughput (acquired by Avid Technology [NASDAQ:AVID]). Subsequent to the acquisition of Terrascale by Rackable, Gautham was elevated to the position of COO, overseeing a revenue stream of $500MM/annum.

Vivian Maese is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a key member of the Financial Institutions Industry Group. She advises Tier 1 Banks, global fund complexes and FinTech companies on strategic transactions and regulatory advisory work at the intersection of financial services, technology, and regulation. Ms. Maese’s expertise relates to electronic trading and market structure, broker dealer and exchange regulation, market data, crowdfunding, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, privacy, cryptocurrencies, payments systems, and intellectual property.

Gideon has worked in the tech industry since 1988. In addition to management positions at Oracle and Cisco, he has served as President/CEO at four companies and as an executive director on the boards of seven others.

Gideon’s business experience encompasses a broad range of markets, geographies and company sizes, and all phases of the technology company cycle: startup, recruit management teams, develop and implement new technologies and markets, raise funds, acquire/invest, day-to-day operations (including turnarounds), and exit.

Ed is Co-Founder and CEO of untapt, the automated hiring platform that connects talented software engineers with leading FinTech companies. Before starting untapt, Ed had an 18 year career in financial services as a software developer and technology leader in New York, London and Tokyo. He worked at a FinTech startup and most recently as a Managing Director at JPMorgan in Risk Technology. At JPMorgan, Ed found it incredibly difficult to hire engineers, discovered that engineers were also frustrated, and had an idea. He teamed up with top influencers and entrepreneurs in FinTech, recruiting and technology to transform the hiring process for companies and engineers alike.

Mark Shelby Smith is CEO and Founder of Symbiont.io, Inc. As CEO Mark brings two decades of global experience in FinTech. He is a pioneer in creating and deploying disruptive technology to the foreign exchange ecosystem for both institutional and non-institutional customer segments. During his career Mark has been a founder of 4 FinTech companies that have gone from start-up to exit including The NexTrade ECN, MatchBook FX, Lava Trading, and Anderen Bank of Tampa Bay.

Christina is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Empire Angels, focused on sourcing and leading group investments as well as supporting portfolio companies. She is also responsible for all content, communications and group events. She is a Regular Contributor on the Accelerators, the Wall Street Journal’s startup blog, as well as a Venture for America mentor.

Michael has over 12 years of venture investing, corporate finance and entrepreneurship with software, e-commerce and financial services organizations. Michael leads Edison's e-commerce and consumer investment sector, and is a member of the financial services team. He also guides the investment team in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Michael is a frequent speaker at entrepreneurial events, technology conferences and financing seminars.

General Partner at SBT Venture Capital. Dr. Mircea Mihaescu is managing a $100mill fintech venture investment fund, investing world-wide in the most promising start-ups of the financial industry. Before that, he was the Managing Director of Sberbank Digital Ventures, Director of IT Strategy, and Director of the Technology Research Center at Sberbank, responsible for the bank long term IT roadmap and technology innovation pilots.

Victoria Vysotina has 20 years of experience in capital markets and investment management. She founded V V Strategic Group, a boutique investment firm, in 2011 to bring her institutional investment experience to family offices. The firm offers advisory services that range from full outsourced CIO function, portfolio diagnostic and risk assessment to specific direct deal-driven engagements.

Having completed twelve years at AllianceBernstein, Cathie founded ARK Investment Management in January 2014. At AllianceBernstein, she was Chief Investment Officer of Global Thematic Strategies, with $5 billion in assets under management and superior long term investment returns. Cathie joined Alliance Capital from Tupelo Capital Management, a hedge fund she co-founded which, in 2000, managed $800 million in global thematic strategies.
